Non-exempt (hourly)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.High school diploma or GED
2.Valid  Ohio driver’s license with 4point of less and/or minimum of 3 years  driving experience with no "DUI" convictions on record. The points will  not be for speeding over 80 mph or 20 mph over the speed limit.

3. Has a driving record with no "DUI" convictions on record.
4.Meet all qualifications of the Company Insurance carrier to operate Company vehicles.
5.Ability to work congenially with others and be courteous.
6.Alertness in recognizing problems needing attention.
7.The ability to make sound decisions to protect the health and safety of all passengers.
8.A neat and professional appearance.
9.Responsible, honest, trustworthy.
10.Willingness to learn.
11.Willingness to comfortably engage with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health and physical handicaps.
12.Ability to assist in the evacuation of individuals from the vehicle as appropriate.
13.Knowledge  of driving laws and how to safely transport individuals in wheelchairs  using tie downs and other mobility and medical equipment.
14.Ability to treat individuals with developmental disabilities with human dignity.
15.Flexibility to work varying hours, days and geographic locations.
16.Ability to drive in unfamiliar geographic areas.
17.Punctual.
18.Organizational skills.
19.Willingness to work a flexible job schedule.
20.Complete required documents.

Requirements

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

1.Physically  capable of sitting, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping,  pushing, pulling, transporting and fine hand coordination. 

2.Physical health status to safely transport individuals in various types of weather conditions and lighting. 

3.Ability to make independent decisions to ensure the health and safety of all passengers.

 4.Ability to remain calm under stress. 

5.Ability to understand,read,and write in English.
