Our Servers/Wait Staff  team are a valued and integral part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals and conversation. These shifts start at $13.00 per hour

Our Servers/Wait Staff:

• Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents!
• Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked
• Be familiar with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and to answer the residents' questions
• Be willing and able to help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require
• Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions
• Process resident orders to ensure items are served promptly
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates. 

What you need to Succeed!

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to work every other Sat/Sun and alternating holidays
• Completion of background check, drug screening, pre-employment tasks may also include a Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
