Event team lead (part Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Events Team Lead to support and execute both on-site and off-site events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and has strong leadership and communication skills. The Events Team Lead will help ensure events run smoothly while delivering a positive experience for guests and groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute on-site and off-site events


• Follow direction from leadership to ensure successful event operations


• Set up and break down event spaces, equipment, and materials


• Manage and track inventory for event supplies


• Prepare and organize materials ahead of scheduled events


• Provide a positive, professional, and organized experience for guests

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to lead small teams and work collaboratively


• Comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment


• Clear communication skills with a guest-focused mindset


• Reliable with flexible availability, including weekends and weekdays
