Experienced Part-Time Housekeeper Luxury Condo | Coconut Grove, FL

A private couple in Coconut Grove, FL is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper for their luxury condominium. The residence is approximately 4,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The household consists of two adults, with occasional guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for high-end private residences and understand the proper care of luxury furnishings, finishes, and delicate surfaces. The family is looking for someone dependable, thorough, organized, and interested in a long-term position.

Schedule:
• 2–3 days per week
• Approximately 6–7 hours per day
• Days can be discussed based on availability
• Start: First week of November

Key Responsibilities:
• Detailed general and deep cleaning throughout the residence
• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces to a high standard
• Proper care and cleaning of high-end furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and delicate surfaces
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing
• Maintain the home in a clean, organized, and presentation-ready condition
• Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing
• Change bed linens weekly and make beds
• Closet, cabinet, and household organization as needed
• Maintain kitchen and bathrooms to a high standard
• Monitor household cleaning supplies and notify the family when items need replenishing
• Occasional light errands, such as UPS or FedEx drop-offs
• Assist with preparation and cleanup when guests are visiting as needed

Requirements:

• Professional housekeeping experience in high-end private homes required
• Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for luxury furnishings and finishes
• Discreet, respectful, Non-intrusive, with a professional approach to working in a private home
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong laundry and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Strong, verifiable references

Compensation:
• $40 per hour
• Part-time, long-term position
