Job Description:     

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscaper/Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our corporate headquarters. This role combines outdoor landscaping duties with basic building maintenance and event support. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is willing to learn, and can work year-round in varying weather conditions. Previous experience is helpful but not required—training will be provided.

**Shifts available: 6 am - 10 am or 10 am - 2 pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaped areas by pulling weeds, trimming hedges, planting flowers, mowing lawns, raking leaves, and spreading mulch.

• Perform seasonal tasks such as pruning, planting, yard clean-up, and snow/ice removal.

• Assist with minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.

• Perform minor building maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, painting, patching, and light carpentry.

• Assist with minor plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., replacing fixtures, outlets, switches, or unclogging drains).

• Conduct routine inspections of building exteriors and interiors to identify maintenance needs.

• Help maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe, working order.

• Support event setup and takedown, including furniture, tents, and equipment.

• Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment.

• Work safely in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather.

• Keep work areas clean and free of debris.

• Complete other groundskeeping and facility tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with landscaping tools preferred but not required.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
