Our Director of Food & Beverage is looking for part-time, reduced full-time, and full-time F&B Team Members to join the Charlotte City Club team in Uptown Charlotte who are passionate about food and beverage, customer service, hospitality, and looking for a place to learn more about fine dining. If you are hardworking, have a positive attitude, and love people we have a place for you on our team...no experience required!

Compensation:
$13 / hr base pay to start with increase after completion of different levels of training

Certain positions are eligible for the service charge pool based on your total hours worked for the week (example: if the service charge pool for the week is $6.50/hr and you make $13/hr, you add that to your base rate for a total of $19.50/hr)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a houseman, host/hostess, food runner, bar back, bartender, and / or server preferred, but absolutely not required - we will train the right person!
• Open availability preferred to work our current days / hours of operation
• Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, desire to learn required
