Duties:

Phase 1: Evaluate Current State

• Conduct Stakeholder Interviews.
• Perform Data Collection and Analysis.
• Evaluate Current Workflows, Resource Allocation, and Performance Metrics.
• Conduct a Gap Analysis.

Phase 2: Design Shared Services Model

• Develop a Conceptual Framework.
• Conduct a Cost-Benefit Analysis.
• Create a Detailed Design Blueprint.
• Develop an Implementation Roadmap.

Phase 3: Implementation of the Model

• Develop a Detailed Implementation Plan.
• Conduct Training Sessions for Staff.
• Roll Out the Model.
• Conduct Post-Implementation Audits.
