What You Will Do

• Welcome every member and guest by name and create a strong first impression every time they walk in
• Guide new members through onboarding and support them during trial workouts
• Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term success
• Support sales conversations, booking appointments, and following up with prospects
• Recognize member milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and achievements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy environment
• Communicate with members consistently to keep them engaged and accountable

• Comfortable with sales conversations and working toward goals
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through text

Schedule Requirements

Early mornings, evenings, and some weekends are required
