SUMMARY

The Food runner supports the Sous Chef and the Member Dining Kitchen operations. Responsible for assisting with garnishing, delivering prepared orders to correct tables, preparing items for cooks by washing, peeling & slicing ingredients, and aiding in dishwashing.

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Fluent, conversational English.
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment. 
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Club’s kitchens. 
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• This is a partial-year or seasonal position with a part-time schedule (less than 32 hours per week)
• Daily shifts available starting as early as 6:00 am and ending as late as 9:00 pm.  
• Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours .
