THE JOB:

As a Food Server at La Pizza & La Pasta, you will be an essential part of an exciting culinary journey, immersing our guests in the vibrant and delicious world of Italian cuisine. Your primary responsibility will be to take and deliver customer orders with a warm smile, ensuring that each table reflects the inviting atmosphere of Eataly Las Vegas, where the spirit of Italy comes alive. At Eataly, where pizza and pasta are just the beginning, you’ll witness firsthand the artistry of our expert pasta chefs and skilled pizzaioli creating dishes right before your eyes. Your role will involve not only ensuring that tables are well-maintained and guest satisfaction is prioritized, but also finalizing checks and managing essential side work, including keeping your assigned stations spotless and inviting.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.663 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior experience as a food server in a high-paced environment

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
