ProCFO Partners is a fractional CFO
firm on the Inc 5000 list two consecutive years. We are growing our team and
looking for experienced CFOs ready to do meaningful work with the structure and
support to back it up.

What This Is

A portfolio -based independent
contractor role. You serve as the embedded CFO for a group of ProCFO Partners
clients, executing our proven financial framework across each engagement. You
bring the expertise. We bring the systems, tools, pipeline support, and peer
network with a model already proven across 45+ CFOs and more than 400 clients
nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the financial leader for a portfolio of
  ProCFO Partners SMB clients ($10M–$100M revenue)
  
• Execute ProCFO's service delivery standards,
  reporting cadences, and engagement frameworks
  
• Partner with business owners to strengthen
  financial decision -making, cash flow, and growth strategy and build the infrastructure needed
  
• Report monthly on client outcomes, framing the value
  added, delivered, and communicated at each engagement
  
• Collaborate actively with fellow ProCFO CFOs
  through peer forums and ongoing training
  
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with both
  clients and the internal ProCFO team

Income

Income potential is tied to the size and structure of your
client portfolio with ProCFO Partners. A modest licensing arrangement supports
the infrastructure and services we provide to help you scale effectively.

This is an independent contractor
position.

What You Bring

• Senior financial leadership experience, including
  prior CFO or equivalent roles
  
• A track record of building trusted relationships
  with business owners and leadership teams
  
• Strong ability to simplify complex financial
  concepts for non -finance audiences
  
• Comfort managing multiple client engagements
  simultaneously
  
• A large professional network in your regional
  market
  
• Coachable, process -oriented mindset with an
  entrepreneurial drive
  
• Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies,
  including AI
  
• Must be based in Dallas, TX
