Job Description - Front Desk Concierge (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is seeking enthusiastic and serviceâfocused individuals to join our team as Full-Time or Part-Time Front Desk Concierge. Ideal candidates thrive in a hospitality-driven environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. As a key part of the community, the Concierge provides professional, attentive support and upholds the high service standards of clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities:

Greets members, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.

Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.

Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.

Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

Performs other duties.

Retail commission included.

Part time hours on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.

Possesses computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas and Publisher.

Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
