Job Description - Front Desk - Membership Sales

Looking for a mature professional to maintain the needs of our small chiropractic office 3 days/week.

Greet patients with a warm smile
Call, text, email to communicate with patients
Answer phone & book appointments
Maintain digital patient files
NO insurance billing required
Explain pricing options & process payments
Maintain clinic cleanliness in between patients

Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week; Must be available on Saturdays. (1-2 Saturdays/month off)

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

Pay Rate: $15-20
