Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant (CNA) to serve as an active member of the Memory Care team by delivering meaningful engagement, supporting clinical staff, and helping create a vibrant, safe, and structured daily environment for residents.”

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging group and one‑on‑one activities specifically designed for memory care residents, supporting cognitive engagement, dignity, and quality of life
• Plan, coordinate, and execute creative programs that encourage social connection, routine, and purposeful daily experiences
• Partner closely with nursing and clinical care staff to align activities with resident care plans and ensure a safe, resident‑centered environment
• Support residents during activities by providing hands‑on assistance, encouragement, and individualized engagement
• Assist with activity documentation and tracking to support program development, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active CNA certification required
• Memory care experience preferred
