What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and making product recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and inspire your team to do the same.
• Train and guide staff to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department.
• Execute merchandising directives and planograms provided by the Merchandising Manager.
• Stay informed about farm and ranch fashion trends and share insights with customers and the team.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Work with the store manager to meet and exceed sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A results-driven sales associate with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Retail experience, preferably in apparel—leadership experience is a plus!
• A strong communicator with excellent people skills.
• Passion for clothing and an eye for style—farm and ranch fashion knowledge is a bonus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working on your feet.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
