Job Description:

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking versatile Generalists to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including vacublast, conathane application, Inconel cleaning, bulge forming, and more.

Essential Functions:

• Perform vacublast,  coating application, and Inconel cleaning processes.


• Operate equipment for bulge forming and cleaning equipment.


• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures.


• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes.


• Familiarity with handling and cleaning aerospace-grade materials.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
