Oregon Metropolitan Elite Gymnastics Academy is currently looking to expand our girl's competitive coaching staff. We are now accepting applications for Full or Part-time positions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Women's Competitive Team Gymnastics Coach to join our team! As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you will be teaching in a group as well as on an individual level, and you will be handling a variety of age groups and skill levels. You will also track their progress, provide feedback, motivation, and support, as well as prepare exceptional students for competitions. The ideal candidate will be positive, have experience teaching, and have the ability to spot and foster talent. (Salary is based on experience)

Responsibilities

Lead classes of various skill levels and ages

Plan activities and lessons for individuals and class settings

Provide recommendations for training outside the classroom setting, nutrition advice, and motivation

Track the progress and growth of students under your care

Qualifications

Previous experience working as a teacher or in a fast-paced environment desired

Strong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coaching

The ability to lead in a positive, motivational way

Excellent communication skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Oregon Metropolitan Elite Gymnastics Academy known as OMEGA Gymnastics was founded in 2008 and is located in Beaverton, Oregon. OMEGA Gymnastics has gymnastics classes for students ages 18 month to adult in Recreational children's gymnastics, Competitive Gymnastics, Preschool, Camps, and Adult Classes.
