POSITION PROFILE

The Golf Concierge position will be a part-time role working remotely. This position will be instrumental in ensuring all guests are well-informed on caddy and cart options, as well as overall course policies.

The primary responsibilities of the Golf Concierge is to contact each group prior to arrival to confirm caddie and cart needs and to clearly explain the associated costs. During those communications, the Golf Concierge will also provide helpful information, such as directions to various parts of the resort and important club policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES

• Collect email addresses and phone numbers for each group
• Send preliminary email explaining caddie/cart options and asking what the group would prefer. The email should contain all options and pricing.
• One week ahead, contact each group that has not responded with their requests
• Once all is confirmed, add tee times to the tee sheet and all options on the correct forms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills via both email and phone.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
