Home Care RN/PRN Supervisor

Assignments are territory-based and scheduled as close to your home as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized service plans
• Perform supervisory visits to ensure caregiver performance and client satisfaction
• Train and support caregivers on care plan implementation and best practices
• Monitor client wellbeing and communicate changes or concerns appropriately
• Provide education and guidance to clients and families
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for clients and caregivers

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Home care, geriatrics, hospice, or community-based nursing experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and relationship-oriented
