As a Hostperson at Bavette’s Steakhouse in Park MGM, you’ll be the welcoming face of a celebrated dining destination known for blending fine dining with French flair. From managing reservations to creating a warm and organized guest experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting the stage for memorable evenings. With your attention to detail and exceptional customer service, you’ll ensure every guest feels valued the moment they step through our doors.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.7283 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor, making them feel welcome.

• Manage reservations and table assignments ensuring efficient turnover and excellent service flow.

• Answer phones, handle guest inquiries, and communicate reservation details accurately.

• Maintain and organize the host podium and guest-facing materials, including cleaning menus and ensuring they are in pristine condition.

• Monitor the dining area to stay updated on table availability and coordinate with the service team to provide seamless guest experiences.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a fine dining restaurant as a dining host

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
