Property Management Housekeeper
Angel Fire Resort is looking for Property Management Housekeepers to join our team this winter! In this position, you will clean condos and cabins by changing linens, cleaning floors and bathrooms, and restocking supplies. We are looking for applicants who have an attention to detail, perform duties consistently, and have an eye for cleanliness and order. The successful applicant will perform all tasks with a sense of urgency, will be team oriented, and will take direction well.
Base Pay: Starts at $18/hr depending on experience
Location: Primarily the Angel Fire Resort Lodge but may include other facilities
Employee Type: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Category: Winter seasonal, part time
Leadership Responsibilities: No
Required Certs or Licenses: Valid driver's license
Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, flexible, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Replace linens on bed, straightens skirts, and make bed for guest arrival.
- Clean floor by sweeping and mopping or vacuuming, dust furniture and fixtures, remove items left behind in unit, vacuum upholstered furniture and draperies, and clean door panels and sills.
- Routinely wash bedding, towels, and other laundry using the laundry facility.
- Empty trash, clean wastebasket, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Clean bathroom including scrubbing toilets, washing mirrors, showers, counters, sinks and floors.
- Remove left behind items and scrub out refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, stove tops, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee pots and cabinets.
- Remove ash from fireplace and clean around fireplace.
- Complete daily checklists and report maintenance issues to manager.
- Carry out any other assigned tasks by manager.
Qualifications: No experience necessary, all training will be provided. A flexible schedule is required as shifts will include daytime, evening, and some night shifts.
Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift and regularly lift/carry 50lbs.
