As a member of Transportation & Traffic Management, this position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient bus, charter and Paratransit services on weekends or during special events. Coordinates daily activities across the Campus Area Bus Service (CABS), Charter Services and Paratransit areas. Provides coaching and feedback to drivers regarding their performance and recommends corrective action as needed. Attends meetings and trainings as needed. Hours and days may vary. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and special events.

80% - Coordinates daily activities across the Campus Area Bus Service (CABS), Charter Services and Paratransit areas. Assigns drivers and vehicles and ensures the delivery of TTM services.
15% - Provides coaching and feedback to drivers regarding their performance and recommends corrective action as needed.
5% - Attends meetings and trainings

Required Qualification: Successful completion of background check. Must possess a valid commercial driver's license with passenger and airbrake endorsements.

Desired Qualification: Experience as an OSU Bus Operator.
