Overview:
Partners Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Night Team Lead Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee night shift operations, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our clients' facilities. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections during shifts to assess facility cleanliness and identify areas needing improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day janitorial operations, assigning tasks and ensuring all cleaning duties meet our quality standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are sufficient for completing tasks.
Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality control measures to foster a safe and productive work environment.
Cultivate a positive team culture, motivating and empowering janitorial staff to excel.
Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities.
Communicate effectively with management and all team members

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role in commercial janitorial or cleaning industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to enforcing compliance.
Availability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or facility management is a plus.
