• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback… well, happy—through genuine hospitality, friendly conversation, and attentive service.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback by preparing food, serving guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable flow throughout the evening.
• Create and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kitchen and lobby environment during and after service.
• Answer guest questions confidently using your knowledge of the hotel, amenities, local area, and events.
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Represent Drury Hotels with integrity, professionalism, and a service‑first mindset in every guest and team interaction.
• Deliver courteous, friendly, and proactive service with a +1 Service attitude, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
