Kitchen Staff Part-time - HeartMath

HeartMath is a health and wellness company dedicated to helping people reduce stress, build resilience, and access the deeper intelligence of the heart through science-backed technology. Our product line includes wearables to help monitor heart health, and more.

For over 25 years we've been providing healthy and gourmet meals to our staff and occasional visitors. We are seeking a part-time Kitchen Staff team member to work in our healthy, gourmet kitchen, located in Boulder Creek, California. We have a warm, caring, supportive environment and are looking for someone that will fit in well with our team and embrace our work ethic and standards. Position: Part-time Dishwasher, Cleaner, Stock Person and Food Prep.

Position Details and Requirements:

• Hours vary from 14-28 hours per week including:
  
  
  
  • Up to 4 days between Mon.-Fri., 11:00am-4:00pm
  
  
  • Saturdays 9:00 or 10:00-2:30 
  
  
  
  


• Punctual and dependable


• Must be able to lift 40 lbs including lifting heavy boxes and stocking shelves


• General cleaning and dishwashing


• Occasionally prep vegetables, make salads


• Interest in learning cooking skills and mentoring on-the-job from experienced chef


• Strong ability to multi-task


• Must be able to understand and follow procedures and verbal instructions


• Must have a positive "can do" attitude


• Team player that demonstrates adapatability, flexibility and desire to learn new skills
  

What We Offer:

• $17.00-$17.80 per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications
