About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Los Angeles, CA. This is a clinic-based role in Koreatown where you’ll function as an extension of a clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior Korean Americans.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments


• Communicate with patients in their preferred language, English or Korean


• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice


• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations


• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team


• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program


• Active California Optometry License


• Fluent in English and Korean


• Experience treating senior populations preferred


• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills


• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

• 2 visits per month (you choose the days)


• Typical hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm


• No nights


• No weekends
