NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking a dependable Part-Time Laundry team member to support a clean, comfortable environment for our patients and residents by ensuring linens and personal items are properly processed and returned.

Position Responsibilities

• 
  

  Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing according to established procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate laundry equipment safely and appropriately.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain separation of clean and soiled items.

  
  


• 
  

  Label, organize, and return patient and resident personal clothing as required.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and orderly laundry area.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor supplies and report equipment or supply needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow infection control, safety, sanitation, and NHC procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with additional environmental-services duties as assigned.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous laundry, housekeeping, or health care experience is preferred but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
