Love working with kids? Got big energy and aren't afraid to be a little silly?

My Gym Newton is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to bring the fun, games, and giggles to our movement-based programs for children. If you light up a room, love staying active, and want a job where "play" is in the description - this is for you.

No class experience? No problem. We provide full paid training, so you'll learn everything you need to run a class that has kids (and parents) leaving with big smiles.

Availability

Friday mornings are required. We're also looking for afternoon help - afternoon availability is a big plus and means more hours for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and assist high-energy classes for children


• Support birthday parties, camps, and special programs


• Keep the gym clean, safe, and organized


• Communicate warmly with parents and caregivers


• Help with tours, walk-ins, and light front desk support

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, energetic, and great with young children


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Comfortable leading activities in a fast-paced environment


• Background in dance, athletics, gymnastics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education is a plus - but not required
