Leasing Agent – Apartments | $18–$22/hr + Perks

Location: Sandy, OR (Sandy Place Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
• Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals
• Process applications and maintain resident files
• Track leads and support marketing efforts
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns
• Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas
• Support outreach and community engagement efforts
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and property

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service or leasing experience preferred
• Property management experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, digital tools)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Physical Requirements

Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
