Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support resident health and well-being.

• Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) to help meet staffing and care goals.

• Maintain professional communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

• Assist with staffing coverage and daily nursing operations as needed.

• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.

• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.

• Attend meetings and support compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

• Valid BLS/CPR certification.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
