LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior skilled nursing experience is required
• An active unencumbered state LPN license
• Current driver's license, auto liability coverage and reliable personal transportation
• CPR certification, a copy of TB results, and a copy of an updated physical
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred

• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
