LPR Field Agent (3rd Shift)

National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. is hiring entry-level LPR Field Agents for our growing team in Cincinnati, OH.

Important Note Before You Apply:

• This is an entry-level position – perfect for candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company.
   
• This is a 3rd shift role – hours are typically 2 AM to 10 AM. This is a lifestyle adjustment, and we’re looking for candidates who are serious and ready to commit.

   What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras  
• Patrol assigned zones to scan and identify vehicles  
• Assist recovery agents by locating secured assets  
• Operate independently and report findings in real time  
• Work closely with our skip tracing and recovery teams

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide paid training, a company vehicle, and all necessary tools. This is a great role for those with a strong work ethic, common sense, and the ability to stay alert and focused overnight.

Ideal Backgrounds (but not required):

• Delivery Drivers (Amazon, Uber, DoorDash, etc.)
   
• Security or Patrol Officers
   
• Lot Attendants or Night Shift Workers
   
• Anyone with a clean driving record who prefers night work and working independently
   

Compensation & Benefits:

• $450 weekly base pay
   
• Additional commission: $25–$50 per vehicle located
   
• Monthly bonus opportunities
   
• Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) match
   
• Average take-home: $17–$20+/hr.
   

$500 Sign-On Bonus

New hires are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus:

• $250 with your first paycheck
   
• $250 after 60 days of active employment in good standing

• High school diploma or GED with a continuous record of learning  
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 points)  
• Comfortable working independently at night  
• Reliable, serious about attendance, and eager to learn  
• Able to handle a non-desk job with minimal supervision
