Mailroom & Stock Clerk Part Time

The Mailroom & Stock Clerk will assist with the day‐to‐day operations of the site, including but not
limited to responding to requests, stock inventory, sorting mail, and mail delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applying postage and preparing outgoing mail for pick‐up or delivery.
• Duties as assigned.
• Maintains & monitors accurate records of break room & kitchen inventory supplies for two administrative locations.
• Submits orders to replenish supplies.
• Stock multiple breakrooms and kitchens at two administrative locations.
• Perform mail pick-up & delivery for two administrative locations.
• Perform basic maintenance on postage machines and mailroom equipment.
• Provide assistance to employees regarding mail and special requests.
• Provide coverage/back-up for the front desk as needed.

SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Marginal Duties & Responsibilities
• May be required to travel between locations.

Education:
• High School Diploma/GED

Experience:
• Two years of related experience

Skills & Certifications
• Working knowledge of computers, email, and the internet and the ability to function in a
computer‐oriented office.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Must be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and to take the initiative and complete assignments with minimal
instructions, adhere to existing policies and procedures and maintain records.
