THE JOB:

We are looking for an experienced restaurant Cook with 2+ years of high-volume production cooking experience to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll skillfully apply culinary techniques, maintain a thorough knowledge of food products, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience through your attention to detail and teamwork. THE STARTING RATE: $22.05 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Skillfully apply culinary techniques while maintaining solid knowledge of food products and menu items.

• Safely identify and use kitchen equipment, restocking supplies as needed.

• Properly label and date products for safekeeping and sanitation.

• Assist kitchen leadership in executing service and ensuring attention to detail in plate presentation.

• Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required.

• Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and inquiries.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ Years of Prior Restaurant Cooking experience in a similar resort setting is preferred

• Willing to work a Part-Time schedule, 1:00pm- 9:45pm Mon- Wed

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
