Fitness Central is Chattanooga’s new, premier fitness club. SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Greet members & guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.


• Check members in and assist with general questions and needs.


• Answer phone calls and respond to in-person inquiries.


• Process new memberships and guest passes accurately.


• Handle POS transactions and payments with attention to detail.


• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.


• Restock beverages, snacks, and merchandise as needed.


• Assist with opening and closing procedures.


• Support team members during busy periods.


• Cover shifts as needed, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Work flexibly between both club locations as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (fitness, hospitality, or retail a plus.)


• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with members, guests, & staff.


• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.


• Team oriented mindset with a flexible and positive attitude.
