Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Nurse to provide patient health services with digital technology.  If you are interested in new technology and would like to feel rewarded through better patient care, please do not hesitate to apply.
• At the clinic, measurements such as InBody (body fat, body water), blood  pressure, height/weight, grip strength (sarcopenia assessment) are provided, as well as explanations of the measurement results.
• Education and coaching are provided so that patients can measure and manage themselves at home using home measuring equipment.

  
What You’ll Do: 

• Identify patients through EMR Chart Review and select management targets.
• Make appointments by calling the target and manage the entire patient schedule.
• Measure and survey patients at the clinic and explain the results.
• Evaluate the patient's risk based on the data obtained from the patient, and create and consult a care plan based on this.
• Provide the following management to the Home Care Program targets:                                                                                  

                  -. Regular education (once a month)
                  -. Feedback on monitoring the patient's management status
                  -. Monitoring and feedback on measurement data (if the device is provided)


Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Korean
• Nursing Degree
• A person with a sense of responsibility and the ability to form a strong bond with patients
• Proficient in using programs such as Smart Device and EMR
• Proficient in documents such as Word and Excel
