Occupational Therapist- Full-Time or Part-Time

Our dynamic outpatient therapy practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment. Our specialized hand therapy program serves a diverse patient population and maintains strong relationships with local hand surgeons and referring physicians.  We're searching for a forward-thinking and energetic Occupational Therapist ready to make a difference in patients' lives!

· Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions, including post-surgical cases, traumatic injuries, repetitive stress injuries, and chronic conditions

· Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals

· Fabricate custom orthoses/splints for various upper extremity conditions

· Perform detailed initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patient progress using standardized testing and evidence-based outcome measures

· Document patient care in accordance with clinical standards, insurance requirements, and regulatory guidelines

· Communicate effectively with referring physicians, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers

· Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, activity modifications, and injury prevention

· Maintain current knowledge of hand therapy techniques and best practices through continuing education
