Wellness Ambassador (Front Desk & Sales)

At Mantra Fitness, our Wellness Ambassadors are the face of the studio—welcoming clients, creating an exceptional experience, and driving sales. This role blends hospitality with a strong focus on selling memberships, class packages, and retail. You’ll engage with clients to understand their goals, recommend the best options, and follow up to ensure they stay committed to their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service.


• Sell memberships, class packs, and retail items while meeting sales goals.


• Assist new clients with booking, onboarding, and studio questions.


• Handle check-ins, calls, and follow-ups to drive retention and sales.


• Support day-to-day studio operations and events.
