Office Coordinator (Part-time)

Vladimir Jones, a full-service advertising agency with offices in Colorado Springs and Denver, is seeking a, part-time Office Coordinator to support front-desk and day-to-day office operations at our Colorado Springs office.

This is an assignment supporting the agency through an internal transition. The Office Coordinator will help create a welcoming, organized environment for employees, clients, and visitors while providing administrative and operational support to the agency. Oversight and onboarding will be provided by our Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees


• Manage incoming phone calls, mail, packages, and deliveries


• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment


• Order and restock office and kitchen supplies


• Coordinate with office vendors and service providers as needed


• Support internal meetings, office events, and general office logistics


• Assist the Operations team with administrative tasks and other office needs as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an office coordinator, receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role preferred


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Professional and welcoming approach when interacting with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule


• Comfortable working collaboratively and responding to changing office needs

Schedule and Location:

This is a part-time position working approximately 15–20 hours per week. The weekly schedule will be coordinated with the Operations team.

This position is onsite at our Colorado Springs, Colorado office.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This part-time position is eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law
