College Tutors of Indiana is seeking experienced, reliable, and energetic math tutors for young learners, tutoring every morning 8am - 9am Eastern time, via online.  For qualified tutors, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of young students, in a very simple tutoring model.  Tutors must have some experience teaching and/or tutoring, have a college degree, or be enrolled in college, and be reliable for tutoring throughout the semester.

Job Description: Embodies the College Tutors Core Values and:

• Provides students with academic assistance and guidance as directed by the school and College Tutors of Indiana, serving as a role model to students.
• Implements the tutoring strategy within timelines established by the school and College Tutors of Indiana
• Communicates on a regular basis with College Tutors management as needed regarding student progress.
• Assists in the development of a positive attitude toward learning, studying and academics.
• Submits online/mobile timesheets and session notes (this is an extremely simple and short task) within 24 hours of completion of each session.
• Must pass a background check.
• Should have a natural passion for math and helping others with math.
