Position Highlights
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and the facility during nighttime hours. Monitors the hospital for potential hazards or unusual situations and reports concerns for appropriate follow-up. Provides reception and quick-registration services to Outpatient and Emergency Services during their shift and manages incoming phone calls. Assists with minor facility issues within scope and escalates concerns appropriately.
* This position is 16 hours per week, 10pm - 6am every Friday and Saturday *
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school education or GED.
Post-secondary education or formal technical training is highly desirable.
Proficiency in the use of Outlook required.
Ability to remain calm in stressful or emergency situations.
