MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience with significant experience in general office support is required.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing required.
Experience data base management, desktop publishing, web development, and ability to learn management software preferred.
Prior experience with event, conference, and meeting planning and post secondary work experience in student affairs highly desired.
Must be able to maintain proficiency and competency in administrative support procedures with the ability to determine priorities, organize work, to follow through to completion the assignments given.
Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a cooperative, flexible, and supportive working relationship with a diverse population of students and employees.
Other Requirements:
Selected candidate for employment will be subject to pre-employment background checks, including criminal history check, and any offer of employment will be contingent upon that outcome.
Copies of transcripts required at time of hiring.
Pay: $16.22 an hour
Work Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
