Part Time Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist- Franklin School

Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Affordable Property Management Leasing Specialist for Franklin School apartment community in Great Falls, Montana. This is a Rad Conversion/Tax Credit Family property with 40 units. This position will pay up to $19 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
The schedule for this position will be 1 PM - 5 PM, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

What You Will Do

The Part Time Leasing Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provide exceptional customer service to the community's existing residents. This position is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. This role combines sales, marketing, customer service, and daily office tasks. It requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The role ensures the timely and accurate completion of compliance activities, including file review, rapid processing, applicant and waitlist follow-up, and ensuring properties meet regulatory and company standards.
