Part-Time Aftercare Staff

Berean Christian School is seeking aftercare personnel who are enthusiastic, creative, adaptable, dependable, and possesses an excellent work ethic.  Individual will supervise students during aftercare, providing a fun and safe environment for them. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and instill positive behavior management techniques. Hours will be from 2:30pm-6:00pm.

Basic job responsibilities include:

- At all times supervise students under your care.

- Maintain safety for the students and staff at all times.

- Use appropriate strategies to assist children with inappropriate behavior.

- When accidents/injuries occur, complete an accident/incident report.

- Any other duties assigned by the Aftercare Supervisor or BCS Administration.
