Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–5:15 PM

Spark Learning is a locally owned, family-run company that believes learning should be meaningful, play-based, and fun! We’re looking for a Part-Time After-School Teacher to join our Little Sparks team.

About Little Sparks:

Little Sparks is an inclusive early education program for children ages 2–6. Our classrooms bring children with and without developmental differences together while incorporating individualized therapy into everyday classroom activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide care and supervision for a group of children
•  Lead fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom
•  Encourage positive behaviors, independence, and social skills
•  Collaborate with teachers and our therapy team
•  Communicate with families during pick-up
•  Most importantly play, connect, and have fun with our kids

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children
•  Positive, energetic attitude
•  Interest in early childhood and/or developmental differences
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills
•  Reliable and dependable
•  Comfortable receiving feedback and learning new skills
•  Able to actively play with children on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs
