Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and layouts.


• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment with attention to detail and timing.


• Collaborate with the Banquet and Events team to accommodate last-minute changes or requests.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.


• Assist in moving and setting up audiovisual and other event-related equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and presentation.


• Previous experience in banquet or event set up is a plus but not required.


• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
