The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Building Permit Clerk in the City Clerk Department.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide technical and clerical support related to building permits, certificates of occupancy, contractor and journeyman licensing, inspections, utility releases, records management, and customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
✓ High school diploma or equivalent ✓ Ability to pass clerical and data entry tests ✓ Ability to pass a data entry test of at least 5,500 keystrokes ✓ Basic computer knowledge

Certification Requirements
The selected candidate must meet the City's required clerical and data entry testing requirements, including a minimum data entry speed of 5,500 keystrokes.
