Job Title: Part-Time Cashier

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier to join our automotive dealership team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers while providing administrative support to ensure the daily operations of the dealership run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.


• Greet customers and assist them with their needs.


• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.


• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.


• File and maintain customer records, repair orders, and dealership documents.


• Scan, copy, and organize paperwork.


• Assist with data entry and other clerical duties.


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.


• Support the sales and service departments with administrative tasks as needed.


• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous receptionist, cashier, or administrative experience preferred.


• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Dependable with strong work ethic and punctuality.
