Part Time Cashier/Receptionist (up to 16 hours per week)

Gandrud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier / Receptionist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience while providing administrative and cashier support to our sales and service departments.

Whether you have previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Desk Associate, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Part-time schedule (up to 16 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner


• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls


• Process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions


• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer accurately


• Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records


• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department


• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area


• Support the sales, service, and accounting teams with various clerical tasks


• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist, cashier, administrative assistant, office assistant, customer service representative, retail associate, or front desk associate is preferred but not required


• Outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Comfortable using computers, multi-line phone systems, and Microsoft Office


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Reliable, punctual, and dependable


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
