The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Part-Time Diet Clerk to our Cura Hospitality team in Poplarville, MS. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations, assist with tray line accuracy, support with ticketing, and room service. *This position will have the opportunity to become Full-Time, if you have the ability to work every weekend.*

What you'll be doing:

• Managing nutritional data software. 


• Tablet usage to ensure operational accuracy.


• Assiting with the tray line and ticketing.


• Inputting nutritional information. 


• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

• High school diploma or GED.


• Knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs. 


• At least one years’ experience in nutrition, food service, or related field.

Nice-to-haves: 

• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Where you'll be working:

• Pearl River County Hospital and Nursing Facility, located in Poplarville, MS
